BestFlag.com Return Policy
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the order and state the reason for the return/refund. Authorization must attained before the return is made. Refunds will not be issued if care has not been taken to prevent damage by tearing on gutters, shingles, birds, etc, or damage caused by inclement weather. We pride ourselves on our workmanship using fabric that has been treated to be fade-resistant by the manufacturer. Some fading will naturally occur due to weather elements, therefore BestFlag.com can not be responsible.
STOCK FLAGS Refund will equal purchase price (less shipping and handling) provided the product is in the same resalable condition as sent. If defective, repair or replacement will be at the discretion of BestFlag.com. Purchaser will pay for return shipping.
CUSTOM FLAGS In the flag-making industry, custom flags are not returnable as they are made to specific instructions from the customer and cannot be resold. If the customer has approved a proof with particular specifications, and an error has occurred in the making of the flag with regards to size, shape, or finishing style; designated Pantone color or general flag layout; mistakes in grammar, puncuation, or spelling; then BestFlag.com will be responsible for fixing these errors.
For incorrect information provided by the customer, a charge for corrections may be assessed at an hourly rate. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information for spelling of personalizations. If an error has been made and it is the fault of BestFlag.com, we will pay for return mailing costs.
CANCELLATIONS In the case of Custom made flags, it is necessary for the cancellation to be made before any work is begun on the flag. If the cancellation is made after work begins, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred associated in the construction of the flag. If a cancellation is requested after payment has been made, the refund, less any necessary costs, will be given through the medium by which the customer paid.
