Material
- Flag are printed on a high quality 200D nylon.
- This material prints beautifully and flies just as well - the reason it is the standard flag material in the US.
Print Sides
- Single reverse flags are printed on a single piece of fabric, where the ink fully dyes the material so your design is visible from both the front and the back. The image on the back will be a reverse (or mirrored) image of the front.
- Double sided flags are made by printing two pieces of fabric and sewing them together with a blockout liner in between. This construction allows for your image to read correctly on both the front and back.
Finishing
- For flags finished with either a pole sleeve or pole sleeve & gold fringe, the standard pole sleeve size offered is 3" flat, which will work with a pole up to 1" in diameter. If you need a larger pole sleeve, please reach out and we can customize this option for you (depending on size, additional fees may apply).

Production Times and Rush Jobs
Production times for many products are posted on the individual product pages. Depending on the products ordered, most jobs are completed within 2 to 4 business days following proof approval. Some items have longer standard production times, and projects with larger quantities will require additional time as well.
Please note that production times begin once artwork is approved (not at the time the order is placed). If orders are placed and artwork is approved before 10am CT, production will begin that day.
Our listed production times are based on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding certain holidays.
Production times do not include shipping times, so please make sure to factor shipping times in if you have a specific in hands date.
We do our best to meet all of our standard production times, but these times are not guaranteed. Occasionally, things like inclement weather, machine maintenance or spikes in demand can create delays. If this happens, please know we are doing everything we can to get back on track so you can receive your flag or banner as soon as possible!
Rush Jobs
If you need a job done in a shorter time frame, we are usually able to offer rush services for additional fees. Rush services are not always available and will depend (among other factors) on the product ordered, the quantity requested and the capacity of our production team at the time of the order. Please note that rush jobs typically require expedited shipping, which is separate from any quoted rush fees and will increase your total order cost.
