We are a small batch roastery. We're trying to make very good coffee all the time. The reason why we don't want to do a shop, is so that we can just worry about the coffee, not worry about if the staff shows up, or if the biscuits are made, but just take care of excellent coffee.
We try to make complex rich coffees that are not just so light roasted that you could get no body from them but we don't want to do anything dark. So, we consider ourselves like a light to medium roaster. Coffee is a matter of taste and we think there's a large portion of the of the coffee community that's just not being served as far as that full big cup of coffee that's not dark, still complex So we got asked to do the Franklin Farmers Market to be the coffee provider. So, we do pour overs and sell coffee there farmers market requires a tent... so we called BestFlag and to quote my partner, we think it's exactly why we've been so well accepted at the market. It looks good, we look like we're actually invested in the farmers market, that's been a huge success just having a tent.
The BestFlag tent has stood out like crazy because there's literally I think one other custom tent that even looks similar. They noticed the bear before they noticed the name and we had the same big bear logo on the side of the building and people immediately recognized the logo from the Music Row building...so it was just like boom.M/p>
I mean I want to sell as many retail bags as I can just because somebody walks away with a bag with my brand with that tactile experience that's super important for brand loyalty.
We have a lot of regulars that buy bags every week and then I've had people that own shops come up to us and under that tent picking up the bag it just kind of, is pretty natural, it all looks right. So, that's all we've gotten quite a few customers from literally people seeing the tent first. So that's why the tent from beginning to being out there, you can't fake that.
