7 Business Day Production
Our standard production time on custom tents is 7 business days for quantities up to 24. Larger quantities may require additional time, which will vary based on the size of the order. Shipping times are not included in the production times, and vary based on location and shipping method. As always, we will do everything we can to meet any project deadlines!
Full Color Custom Print
Our custom tents are digitally-printed, full-color custom prints. This gives you maximum flexibility in deciding what to put on your custom tent, and will be sure to attract attention, whether to your organization's logo or other promotional information.
400 Denier Polyester
Our custom canopy tent tops are printed on a 400D waterproof UV coated polyester that will meet the challenges of all types of weather - rain or shine!
Aluminum Tent Frame
The Premier Custom Tent Frame is constructed of 0.8mm anodized aluminum with 1.75” hexagonal legs. The legs feature plastic push buttons for pinch-free height adjustment. The easy-glide tent feet allow the tent frame to slide on dirt and grass, preventing the legs from catching. The frame easily collapses to fit inside the included soft case with wheels. The tent can be secured to the ground with the included stake kit.

5 Year Hardware Warranty
Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty, which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at BestFlag’s discretion.
Failure to secure the frame to the ground in windy conditions will void the warranty.
1 Year Canopy Warranty

Our custom printed tent walls are made of a beautiful waterproof UV coated polyester that will meet the challenge of all types of weather. The custom printed tents walls feature easy to use velcro straps that can be secured around the tent legs.

Our most affordable pop-up canopy tent kit - the Base Custom Tent - is a great option for those who are budget-conscious but still want a beautiful and well-built custom pop-up tent! Meant for occasional use, this tent frame is made of steel and is easy to pack and transport. And despite being more cost effective, the custom tent top is printed on the same great material using the same great print process as our higher end tents.

The Tank Custom Tent is the toughest and most durable pop-up tent on the market. The Tank frame is made from a strong hexagonal anodized aluminum material with huge 50mm wide tent legs. Strong enough for an adult to do pull ups on, this heavy and ultra-durable frame that will hold steady in winds over 25 mph. It is intended for frequent use, and don’t worry, because it can take it!
