Product Details
Our 200D Solarmax nylon is a durable material with vibrant colors and great UV protection for outdoor use. It is a popular choice for all kinds of flags, especially in the US and Canada. For information on some of our other material options click the images below.
Standard production time on nylon banners is 4 business days. Large quantities or extended sizes may require additional time. Shipping times are not included in the production times, and vary based on location and shipping method. As always, we will do everything we can to meet any project deadlines!
Full Color Custom Print
Our custom banners are digitally-printed, full-color custom prints. This gives you maximum flexibility in deciding what to put on your banner, and will be sure to attract attention, whether to your company’s logo, a team mascot or your personal design.

72” Unseamed Finish
Nylon has a max width of 72” unseamed and unlimited with seams.
Weight 200D
Nylon has a weight of 200 Denier. The denier system is a direct-management type, employed internationally to measure the size of silk and synthetic filaments and yarns, and derived from an earlier system for measuring silk filaments (based on the weight in drams of 1,000 yards).
Acid Dye Ink
Acid inks are often used when the product requires the ink to penetrate through to the reverse side of the material and the process delivers a high print quality resembling the ‘push through’ of a traditional, rotary or flatbed printing process. Acid inks are also known for their vibrant colors and are used specifically when printing fabrics such as wool, nylon, leather and silk that do not retain color easily.

Size Options
Standard Sizes
Our custom nylon banners come in a wide range of custom sizes from 2' x 2' all the way up to 20' x 50'. Larger sizes will require a lab seam.
Custom Sizes
If you are looking for a custom size, we are happy to create a banner at the exact size you want. Please reach out to us for a quote.
Single reverse nylon banners are printed on a single piece of fabric, where the ink fully dyes the material so your design is visible from both the front and the back. The image on the back will be a reverse (or mirrored) image of the front.
Double Sided
Double sided nylon banners are made by printing two pieces of fabric and sewing them together with a blockout liner in between. This construction allows for your image to read correctly on both the front and back, or gives the option of using completely different artwork on each side.
