My experiences with Best Flag have always been good. They are responsive and helpful. They created and shipped my flag quickly. It shipped a week from the day I ordered it. I am on my third edition of my flag, not because there is a problem with the quality, the quality is excellent! We live on the ocean and the ocean sea salt breeze quickly deteriorates any and every thing. Reordering my custom flag is easy because they keep my artwork on file. I highly recommend this company!
The process of creating my custom flag was amazingly easy and the end result is something I'm extremely happy with. The flag is great quality and seems like it will hold up well. I've currently got it proudly displayed from my spreader halyard where its happily flapping in the breeze!

I shared with Best Flag a tm photo of a business logo. As a proof of design, I gave them the business on a small pennant - it came back beautifully. I then gave them the same logo for a 4’x6’ flag and it also exceeded expectations. Its swell. The business owners are well pleased and I await TRFD assistance to re-rope the 40’ flagpole. I had ordered a custom flag I had Koke working with me, very responsive to the specifics on making the mock up. FedEx ended up losing the package. I emailed them and they were quick to make a claim, and actually ended up making me a new order with expedited shipping. The customer service is a 100/10. Thanks to Koke and the best flag team!
